Our Worship
Everything that we do for God's glory is an act of worship.
Our Sunday evening worship services take place in our virtual sanctuary in our chat program. You must first download the software and connect to our site to participate with us. More information on this process and basic instructions can be found here.
The worship services generally consist of some worship music, prayer, sharing times and a text-based sermon. The music is led by Joshua Richards (Joshua) with Pastor Ron Little giving the sermon. (his username is Pastor Ron)
Recently, we've been experimenting with using worship music videos off of Youtube. The links will be pasted into the chat window. You'll want to copy them from the log window (which you can bring up using Control-L) and paste them into your browser to listen along.
During the services, feel free to sing along in the chat window, select a praising avatar, say amen or hallelujah through the "Options->Play sound" menu in the chat program, enter the text that you're singing, or whatever you feel led to do.
If you have questions or technical issues during the service, go to your chat program and click once on anyone with an asterisk in front of their names. These are our designated operators. Other users will fade slightly to indicate that you are now in whisper mode, and anything you type will only be seen by that operator. Ask any question that you may have, and we'll help or find someone who can. To end whisper mode, click the empty area between the image of the room and the text box.
